I’m Shane Flynn. Filmmaker, creative director, and, often, a character within the stories I tell.

After two years of actor and theatre training, I came to filmmaking not just to direct from behind the camera, but to live the work from the inside out. That training gave me a deep respect for presence, story, and the subtle truth of performance, all of which continue to shape how I work with film today.

I’m drawn to stories that are honest, human, and quietly transformative. Films that don’t escape life, but step more fully into it. Whether behind the lens or in front of it, I’m here to create work that reflects the real and reaches for something more in this Theatre of Life.
